3. Next we need to talk about how much time and money you wish to allocate to this work, and how much of the work you wish to do yourself and how much you wish me to do

The short answer is that a complete new web site is probably going to take in total about 4 to 6 weeks to work through and get to a website that you are really happy with.

A refresh or polish up of your existing web site is going to take less time more like 2 to 3 weeks in total.

Regardless of the size of the project and we are happy with small and larger ones, is important to decide early on as there will be tasks that only you can do (e.g. decide on pricing), there will be things that are quicker if I just do them for your subsequent approval, and there will things that either of us can do such as sourcing images for use on the website.

We are happy to share our knowledge and helping with training so that you (or your staff) can carry out the ongoing operational work to keep things up to date.
