4. Your agreement to the path we are going to follow is vital to receive up front

First we will provide a written estimate of the time needed, the cost and the tasks that are involved in the work.

There is likely to be a cost range given simply because websites do have a creative nature, and you will think of things you want to add or change so we will allow for an amount of this in the estimate.

The cost estimate will include any costs that need to be taken into account from services providers such as website hosting companies, or payment gateways or software providers or even banks.

We work on a no surprises basis, so if we think the costs may be going to change we will let you know as soon as possible and get your approval to proceed before those costs are incurred.

If we think that the scope of the piece of work is looking a bit large, then we may well recommend to you that we split the work into a first stage and second stage. In project work it is generally better to carry out the work in smaller stages and get them finished before moving on,, rather than one big project.
